  Slow service from the moment we walked in. Sadly, that's a huge part of the dining out experience. The food, well it's East Sides, you know what you're getting. Extremely bad experience, again.

  The food has been a lot better since opening up under new ownership and being part of Cara Foods. Great deals for families with kids. Service is friendly, but somewhat inattentive. In some cases, it can take a while for your server to comeback and check on you, and asking for refills or other items takes too long.

  We just had a great meal and fantastic service from Tara. She goes out of her way to make us feel welcome and takes extra special care of our kids. Great job! Craig

  Really slow service. My food was good, but my fiance's was cold. Our server didn't bring any silverware or napkins until we grabbed some ourself and another waitress noticed. She also offered to bring more bread but then forgot. She was really slow to bring drinks or take our order even though it wasn't busy, but did find time to check her hair in the mirrors multiple times. Overall a very disappointing experience.
