  Ordered a poutine and slice of pizza, got the slice right away then waited 20 minutes to find out they forgot and didn't even start to make my poutine, all while customers are coming and going. I expected they would start making it then, but another 15 minutes later I asked again and watched the staff argue with each other; 'it printed, I swear, just make it now!' I magically had my food within a minute. Long story short, it took nearly an hour to get my food, while standing at the counter waiting. Last time I ordered a donair delivery and it didn't come with any sauce and they forgot my pop. The food is good, but the staff are so incompetent it's borderline criminal.
