- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Have bee eating at the pizza palace for years ...since i was a kid.....the service was always good .....but in the past years i found the service to be poor....mistakes in orders ...overcharging.... so when u call to talk to them about the mistakes the female that works there treats u like it ur fault and has no empathy what so ever .... she needs to get some customer service skills ....she treats customers POORLY ...has no respect for loyal customers...she must remember that it is the customers who make their business unhappy customer :(By Jane Doe, August 18, 2016
